On November 20th, my band’s playing at a cool new venue in Bushwick called the Footlight. This is my friend Ellia Bisker’s band Sweet Soubrette‘s album release show, so it’ll be a fun party. Also on the bill are the Whiskey Girls and Cookie Tongue. Here’s a picture of me singing back-up with Ellia Bisker at a Bushwick Book Club show in August.

And this Monday the 14th at 7pm, I’ll be opening for my friend Jim Andralis at his residency at Issyra Art Gallery in Hoboken, New Jersey. Come across the river, see some art and listen to some music with me!
And on another note, RIP Leonard Cohen, my favorite songwriter. The Master, really. The depth and humor in his writing are unsurpassed. I can’t chose a favorite song of his but this is one I’ve always held dear. xxjk
